Our high-profile sales and information center, located at the northern end of Marsh Landing overlooking J. Turner Butler Boulevard (SR 202), enables us to better serve you. In fact, we are located off the first exit at the beach, heading east on Butler Boulevard, after crossing the Intracoastal Waterway bridge.

Fully-Staffed, Open 7 Days A Week

Unlike many real estate firms today, Marsh Landing Realty is a real "sticks and bricks" office, with a friendly receptionist to welcome you in person or on the phone. We are fully staffed, open 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday-Saturday), and 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
