How to find us:

From Jacksonville International Airport and Points Northwest :

•  After exiting the airport, follow signs to I-95 and make a right turn at the first ramp onto I-95 South

•  Stay to the right & travel approx. 1 mile to the exit marked 9A SOUTH - BLOUNT ISLAND / JAX BEACHES .

•  You will stay on 9A OCEANWAY for a while and travel over the beautiful DAMES POINT BRIDGE . 9A will eventually become ST. JOHNS BLUFF ROAD , which will continue to take you south across BEACH BLVD. , to J. TURNER BUTLER BLVD. ("JTB") Route 202.

•  Take JTB (202) east (left) until you go over the bridge spanning the Intracoastal Waterway

•  Take the FIRST right exit ramp after the bridge which is marked "SOUTH BEACH PARKWAY", then turn right at the "MARSH LANDING BUSINESS PARK" sign; our office is the first building on the right.

From Other Beaches Communities :

•  Take JTB east to South Beach Parkway exit to first right at MARSH LANDING BUSINESS PARK SIGN; to our office on the right.

•  Or, south on A1A to Ponte Vedra Lakes Blvd ; turn right. Follow to 4200 Marsh Landing Blvd. On left (last building before the JT Butler service road).

From Points South :

•  Take I-95 north to C-210 east, cross railroad tracks.

•  Go north on U.S. 1 to east (right turn) on C-210.

•  Follow C-210 over bridge; to traffic circle (rotary).

•  Go 3/4 around traffic circle to continue on C-210 out to Highway A1A.

•  Go north on A1A (approximately 4 miles) to Ponte Vedra Lakes Blvd (traffic light); turn left.

•  Follow to 4200 Marsh Landing Blvd. on left (last building before the JT Butler service road).
